Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for preschool children and mentor fellow teachers.

You will lead classroom instruction, promote social and intellectual growth, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while building strong relationships with families. A supportive, energetic team environment awaits.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
