Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners through engaging activities and strong classroom leadership. You will mentor fellow teachers and implement a thoughtful curriculum while ensuring safety and developmental growth.

You’ll collaborate with families to promote achievement and support the center’s success, adhering to licensing guidelines and company standards. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
