Job summary

Learning Care Group in Raeford, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to design engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in a licensed preschool setting.

You will build relationships with families and ensure the center meets licensing standards while fostering growth and joy in learning for young children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
