Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to nurture curiosity and growth in preschoolers while supporting families and a dedicated team. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and mentor fellow teachers in a collaborative, joyful environment.

You will lead classroom management, implement curricula, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, while building sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus licensing guidelines and company standards.
