KinderCare Learning Companies in Parker, CO is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver our curriculum, nurture a safe learning environment, and partner with families to support young children. This role contributes to center enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

The position requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. Pay range is $17.85–$23.25 hourly with full benefits.

• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners

When you join our team as a Lead Teacher you will:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Be able to make physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $17.85 - $23.25 Hourly
