KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher in New Jersey to guide a classroom, model best practices, and collaborate with families and staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education. You will implement the curriculum and foster a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.

The role emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and engaging with families to support children's growth and school readiness in diverse community settings.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAECY candidacy
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents

When you join our team as a Lead Teacher you will:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively


• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements


• Approved state trainer (preferred)


• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)


• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)


• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain


• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain


• Use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors


• Be able to make physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children


• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $18.35 - $23.95 Hourly
