Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff, parents, and guests.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).

You will ensure the highest quality of service for both children and their families while fostering a positive and engaging environment. This leadership position requires a balance of business management, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for childhood development and a commitment to growing our community of families.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents
• Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain current families
• Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff at all times
