Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learners with engaging lessons and to mentor fellow teachers. You will foster a joyful, educational environment and help children thrive.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
