Job summary

Bright Beginnings Childcare Center in West Virginia is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to guide a classroom for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. You will create a safe, engaging environment that supports emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth while collaborating with fellow staff to plan developmentally appropriate activities.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, being 21+, willingness to pass a background check, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (bonus points for early childhood coursework!)
• Must be 21 years or older
• Experience in a childcare or classroom setting = a big plus
• Willingness to undergo a complete background check
• Great communication skills and a love for teamwork
• CPR/First Aid certified (if not already certified, we will cover any costs needed to get the proper training)
