Job summary

Learning Care in Utah is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning and support families. You’ll create engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure safe, nurturing classrooms aligned with licensing standards.

You’ll manage classroom routines, collaborate with families, and contribute to a positive, energetic team that helps children grow into lifelong learners. This role also offers ongoing training and career growth opportunities within our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
