Job summary

My Gym Plantation is seeking a children’s fitness coach/instructor to lead fun fitness sessions for kids and to help reach monthly promotional and sales targets. You will teach activities, energize participants, and support a friendly, safe environment for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years.

Position offers both full-time and part-time hours, including weekends, with emphasis on teamwork, customer engagement, and personal interaction. Benefits include uniforms and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be available weekends.
• Energetic with strong interpersonal communication.
• Experience working with children in a fitness or related setting.
• Background in fitness activities (athletics, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, or related).
• Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
• Good time management and ability to meet goals.

Job Description:

My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work 25 hours per week, including weekends
• Highly energetic
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with children
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Effective time management
• Adept sales skills
• Clean background check
