Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or Associate’s with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
• Nurturing, dependable, energetic approach with children.
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read/write English and use basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality, age-appropriate classroom experience.
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized classroom.
• Support each child’s developmental needs and adjust activities as needed.
• Partner with families through clear, positive communication.
• Work closely with assistant teachers and center leadership.
• Follow health, safety, licensing, and classroom-ratio requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field; or anAssociate’s degree in one of these fields plus at least 2 years of experience working with children




• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills




• A nurturing, dependable, energetic approach to working with children
