Job summary

The Learning Experience - Philadelphia Northern Liberties is seeking a dedicated Teacher to nurture and guide young learners in a positive classroom environment. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and foster strong partnerships with families to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

  • Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • Have two or more years of professional teaching experience (required).
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required) and CDA (required for salary).

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and progress via apps and discussions.

As a Lead or Co‑Lead Teacher, you will:

  • Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
