Job summary

The Gardner School of Minneapolis is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire and manage a bright, developmentally appropriate preschool classroom. You will lead daily lessons, mentor assistant teachers, build strong relationships with families, and model the school’s core values—Children First, Trust, Innovation, Make a Difference.

You bring at least 2 years of early childhood experience, a relevant degree or certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to create a safe, engaging learning

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in ECE preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lead a classroom and mentor staff.

(Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
