Responsibilities

• Mentor and support teachers through coaching, collaboration, and professional learning.
• Support curriculum implementation, instructional planning, and data-driven instruction.
• Facilitate grade-level meetings and support schoolwide academic initiatives.
• Assist administration with student discipline and maintaining a positive school environment
• Coordinate and support ELL/ESOL services and schoolwide testing.
• Monitor student progress and support academic interventions.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and student-centered school culture.
• Assist administration with instructional initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Support new teacher onboarding and participate in school and family engagement activities.
