The Learning Experience in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team and foster a joyful, engaging classroom. You will guide young learners through developmentally appropriate activities and use our LEAP curriculum to make learning fun.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Strong passion for education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum using interactive activities and age-appropriate materials.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support student growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's adventures and progress via apps and discussions.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
