Job summary

La Petite Academy in Florida is seeking a Lead Teacher who will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curriculum, build meaningful relationships with families, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards while providing a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
