Auburn YMCA Early Learning Center is seeking a Lead Teacher for a Full-Time position in Auburn, NY. The role requires creating a safe, developmentally appropriate preschool program under the supervision of the ELC Childcare Director, with a focus on literacy and early readiness skills.

Qualifications

Lead Teacher

Full-Time Position

$17 to $19/hour

General Functions:

Under the direction of the ELC Childcare Director, the Lead Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate program in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a quality program that is within the guidelines set forth by the center and all governing bodies.
