Job summary

Oak Grove Academy, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lead engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• CDA, AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred
• 2+ years experience
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
