Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition for a remote opportunity. The role collaborates with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to shape recruitment strategy, identify and select candidates, and extend offers.

You will ensure a high-touch candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS data in compliance with TA processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or graduate degree) with extensive Full Cycle recruiting experience; strong sourcing, interviewing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience is required.

Job Schedule: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle

Preferred Skills:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000-$164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $105,500-$196,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
