Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science field.
• 3 years of experience leading and managing a test team.
• 5 years of experience in software or systems development and testing.
• Strong analytical, investigative and deductive reasoning skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of regression, black box, white box, boundary condition, performance testing.
• Ability to work with C# and SQL.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and translate into testable requirements.
• Design testing strategies and test plans for verification.
• Document test plans, criteria and results.
• Design and code automated tests.
• Record, reproduce and communicate bugs to development staff.
• Lead and guide the verification team and manage performance.
