Qualifications

• 12+ years in progressive systems engineering for software-intensive/enterprise systems
• Experience leading technical teams and influencing engineering strategy
• Strong knowledge of systems architecture, integration, and lifecycle engineering
• Experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments
• Ability to mentor engineers and promote best practices

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and systems engineering authority for the customer application
• Define system architecture, standards, roadmaps, and modernization strategies
• Maintain cloud-based application systems for high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Evaluate AI tools for troubleshooting and monitoring
• Lead requirements analysis, design, integration, verification, and validation
• Guide technical decisions across cross-functional teams
• Identify risks and conduct trade studies
• Collaborate with program leadership to align solutions with mission objectives
