Koitecc Solutions is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to support the Air Traffic Business Area. The role involves integrating modern capabilities with proven technologies in a Scaled Agile development environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to validate system capabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The position calls for strong systems engineering background, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to maintain detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience, or 2–6 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong attention to detail in regulated environments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Review FAA requirement documents and extract intent and acceptance criteria.
• Translate operational requirements into testable system requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to refine backlog items.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify use cases.
• Prepare and review technical documentation for the system.
