Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications preferred (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Intune).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Tier III escalation resource for complex technical issues.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of advanced Microsoft cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
• Architect and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Windows Server platforms.
• Serve as a technical lead on projects, migrations, security initiatives, and cloud transformations.
• Conduct executive and customer-facing presentations, technical reviews, and strategic planning meetings.
• Mentor and coach Tier I and Tier II engineers.
• Develop standards, documentation, and best practices for service delivery.
• Participate in incident response and critical outage management.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at solving complex IT infrastructure and Microsoft environment challenges while also confidently leading customer discussions, mentoring engineers, and driving strategic technology initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary Tier III escalation resource for complex technical issues.
