Job summary

NEURA Robotics seeks a Systems Architect to own end-to-end architectures for diverse robotic platforms, aligning customer requirements with product needs and ensuring traceability across models and documentation.

You will drive platform strategy, modularity, and cross-domain integration, coordinating across software, hardware, AI/ML, and mechatronics teams to deliver safe, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in design of safety-related systems within multidisciplinary engineering environments.
  • Direct robotics experience (industrial robots, AMRs, humanoids) or complex autonomous systems is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in requirements management and system modeling tools.
  • Familiar with functional safety, cybersecurity, and certification standards (ISO 13849, ISO 10218, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434).
  • Experience coordinating architecture and technology choices across multiple teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end system architectures for diverse robotic platforms with focus on technical soundness and traceability.
  • Architect scalable platforms with clear variation points; drive platform strategy for rapid innovation across the portfolio.
  • Drive alignment across software, hardware, AI/ML, and mechatronics domains ensuring safe and compliant system behavior.
  • Define how AI/ML components integrate into robotic architecture and evaluate emerging technologies for robustness.
  • Support architectural decisions and act as a technical resource for cross-team collaboration and integration strategies.
