Helen of Troy is seeking a Manager, Systems Architecture to lead the technical design across our global e-commerce solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to architect secure and scalable systems for iconic brands including OXO and Hydro Flask.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 10+ years of software engineering experience, and strong expertise in Adobe Commerce and AWS cloud architecture.

The position offers a base salary range of $130,000 – $175,000 and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in solution or systems architecture.
• 5+ years of experience architecting Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) or comparable platforms.
• Proven experience leading architecture across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of e‑commerce solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and integration patterns.
• Mentor engineers and engineering managers on architectural thinking.

Skills

Strong programming background in modern languages

Proficiency in AWS cloud architecture

Experience architecting Adobe Commerce

Deep expertise in Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 architecture

Strong knowledge of integration patterns

Education
