Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Technical SETA – Synthetic Biologist, Biomanufacturing for onsite support in Arlington, VA. The role requires a Master''s degree and 10+ years of related experience, with an active Secret clearance and strong briefing skills.

You will provide SME and programmatic support to DARPA BTO PMs, translating biology and biomanufacturing concepts into technical oversight and performer management for advanced programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
• 10+ years of related work experience with maintaining logs, archives, and technical portfolios.
• Strong briefing and communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience drafting technical content for program briefings and BAAs.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsabilités

• Provide SME and programmatic support to DARPA BTO Program Managers.
• Translate core synthetic biology, biomanufacturing, process scale-up concepts into technical oversight and performer management.
