Job summary

Randstad Staffing is seeking a Lead CNC Machinist in St. Anthony, MN for a precision medical device manufacturer. The ideal candidate will set up Swiss CNC machines, run daily production, and perform quality inspections in a team-driven environment.

Requirements include setup and operator experience on Swiss CNCs, GD&T proficiency, print reading, and experience with measurement tools and microscopes. High School education is expected; relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Set-up and operator experience with Swiss CNC machines.
• Strong math background, shop math.
• Ability to read and interpret prints.
• Proficient with GD&T.
• Experience using a microscope and measurement tools.
• Experience with medical components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set-up Swiss CNC machines.
• Operate Swiss CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent performance.
• Complete tool changes.
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions.
• Determine tooling for machining and manufacturing operations.
