Job summary

Job description

Metro Aquatic Club of Miami is seeking an energetic, professional Lead Swim Lessons Instructor to help lead and grow our Learn-to-Swim program. This position combines hands-on swim instruction with program leadership, parent communication, and daily administrative support.

The Lead Instructor will teach swimmers of varying ages and abilities, supervise and support other instructors, help families with registration and SportsEngine, answer parent questions, and serve as the primary face of the Learn-to-Swim program on deck.

The ideal candidate is dependable, enthusiastic, highly organized, comfortable working with children and families, and passionate about water safety and creating a positive swimming experience. Previous swim instruction, coaching, lifeguarding, or aquatics experience is strongly preferred.

The location is Miami Dade College, Kendall campus.
