Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight our guests by efficiently handling guest orders and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, ensure accuracy of plating and presentation
• Inspect all preparations ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with proper food handling and storage protocols
• Coordinate timing and plating, assist with inventory checks and shift briefings
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member well‑being
