Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying in Boerne, Texas seeks a Survey Party Chief to plan, evaluate, and lead field survey projects for public and private development. You will coordinate field design surveys, staking, and daily logs while supervising the field crew and ensuring safety.

The role requires travel to out-of-town jobs, a valid Texas driver’s license, and a willingness to relocate as needed. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with full-time benefits and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Preferred).
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and evaluate field survey projects and coordinate field design survey work and construction staking.
• Lead and manage the field survey team and ensure accurate field logs.
• Perform surveying for roadways, bridges, and other projects; supervise safety and field procedures.
