Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Survey Crew Chief to lead field operations in Buford, GA. You’ll supervise the survey crew, plan field surveys, and interact with client field representatives to ensure accurate data collection.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related surveying experience; 2+ years as Crew Chief.
• Valid driver's license; CST II preferred; Drone License 107 possible.
• Advanced knowledge of surveying practices and equipment.
• Ability to effectively handle surveying equipment.
• Proficient with Trimble Connect, Bluebeam, Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform an increased variety of field surveys within project scope and budget.
• Supervise and direct other survey crew members.
• Interact with project site supervisors and client field representatives.
• Prepare accurate field notes and daily activity reports.
• Perform in-field calculations for stakeout and land surveys.
• Review data collection validity and maintain survey equipment.
