Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field required.
• 5 years of experience for Level 3; 8 years for Level 4; advanced degree may substitute.
• PMI CAPM or PMP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Management: lead cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate SMEs, permit writers, inspectors, and legal staff to streamline workflows.
• Oversee data analysis, interpretation, and QA of surface water quality data.
• Translate complex data into reports and presentations for leadership and public audiences.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
