Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or two years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and communication skills; knowledge of community resources.
• No record of abuse, neglect or exploitation of others.
• Must have a Montana driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide proof of auto insurance within 1 month of hire.
• Complete all required training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates individual's strengths, needs, interests and risk level.
• Gathers data, develops objectives based on assessments and interests.
• Intervenes in challenging behaviors and supports staff in resolving conflicts.
• Assists individuals with outings and community integration.
• Secures housing and maintains safe, clean living environments.
• Documents incidents and reports as required; ensures timely reporting.
