Qualifications

• Broad and in-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Experience developing SKU-level demand and purchase forecasts.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with strategic autonomy.
• Strong supplier relationship management and performance-monitoring skills.
• Effective collaboration, communication, and executive-influencing capabilities.
• Ability to identify and implement long-term process and operational improvements.
• Experience mentoring or providing functional guidance to less experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Forecasting: Develop SKU-level demand forecasts and purchase forecasts.
• Inventory Management and Optimization: Maintain appropriate inventory levels and improve turnover.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with procurement, production, finance, sales.
• Logistics Coordination: Support timely distribution of inventory.
• Process Improvement: Implement efficiency improvements to reduce costs.
• Strategic Planning: Lead projects with autonomy and long-term planning.
• Leadership and Influence: Present recommendations to executives and mentor staff.
