Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or an Associate's degree with 6+ years in manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality or quality assurance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet development and analysis
• Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross-functionally and globally)

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality assurance and development including supplier qualifications, corrective action plans, audits, performance monitoring
• Own supplier audits and drive improvement plans to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet quality objectives
• Travel up to 25% to support supplier activities and audits
