Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Superintendent for Carolina projects, based in Charlotte with a strong track record in commercial ground-up work. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with trades, and drive safety, schedule, and quality on multi-million dollar projects across the Carolinas.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a construction field superintendent, experience with ground-up retail or mixed-use developments, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Field superintendent.
• Extensive experience with ground up commercial work valued over $4M
• Schedule and look ahead experience with Procore or other construction software preferred
