Qualifications

• 7+ years of field leadership in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects in higher education, healthcare, sports & entertainment, commercial or institutional sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to lead diverse project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Maintain a safe, productive jobsite environment with safety as the top priority.
• Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and daily field operations to meet schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management with project teams.
• Assist in developing bid packages, scopes of work, and procurement strategies.
• Create site logistics plans to maximize efficiency and minimize disruptions to facilities.
• Conduct daily planning meetings, site walks, and progress reviews to address challenges.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents, quality standards, and owner expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
