Qualifications

• 5+ years in superintendent role focusing on commercial, multifamily, or education sectors.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $20M.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of the project life cycle from planning to closeout.
• Leading project teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintaining adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• Directing and supervising workers, subcontractors, and activities.
• Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress, or cost-tracking reports.
• Implementing and executing a robust project communication plan.
• Resolving issues and conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Ensuring compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
