Health Care Resource Centers is seeking a Lead Counselor for our Boston area outpatient program. You will lead counselors, sign treatment plans, and coordinate with treatment teams while ensuring compliant documentation and program operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in opioid addiction treatment, strong leadership, and excellent communication. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years working with opiate-addicted populations.
• Supervision/mentoring of counselors and trainees.
• Knowledge of state regulations and 42 CFR; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for counselors and supervise staff.
• Orient new staff and serve as a resource/preceptor.
• Sign treatment plans, discharge summaries, and phase requests.
• Coordinate care with treatment teams and maintain patient files.
• Assist program operations, scheduling, and program development.
