L3Harris is seeking a Lead, Subcontracts as it continues to develop and establish a foothold in the rapidly growing market space for Maritime Integration. The Subcontracts Lead is an integral member of the cross‑functional team, responsible for supporting Subcontract acquisition activities from the proposal stage through Program award and execution. The acquisition value stream includes requirements definition, sourcing, negotiation and definitization, acceptance and subcontract close‑out. The role will also be responsible for managing subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance, and ensuring L3Harris and Customer objectives are achieved including on‑time delivery, exceptional quality, and affordability with the ability to monitor & assess project issues and develop mechanisms & resolutions to meet goals.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $95,500-205,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
