EVEREVE in Birmingham, AL seeks a Full-Time Stylist to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer. You will connect with shoppers, lead by example, and ensure ALL customers feel seen and valued as part of our WE WILL MISS NO ONE approach.

You will stay on-trend, bring fashion confidence to the floor, coach peers when needed, and uphold HEART values while driving store results. This role offers growth opportunities in a vibrant, woman-first brand with strong discounts and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with HEART values in customer interactions.
• Support recruiting to build a team aligned with HEART culture.
• Maintain strong floor presence and fashion credibility.
• Lead by example and follow company standards when managers are absent.
• Assist daily operations and merchandising when needed.
• Drive sales and store performance as a styling lead.
• Coordinate daily operations and manage inventory as required.
