Baptist Memorial Health Care is looking for a Study Lead for their Thoracic Oncology Research group in Memphis, TN. This role involves managing data and supporting various thoracic program initiatives while collaborating closely with data managers and research staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in oncology research and proficiency in REDCap. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
The Study Lead is responsible for completing and/or coordinating data management, reporting, and analytic efforts for the Thoracic Oncology Research group.
This position may also support regular thoracic program meetings and will work closely with data managers, research scientists, clinical program staff, or other research collaborators to satisfy all goals related to designated thoracic programs.
3 years' experience in an oncology or research setting.
3 years' experience in thoracic oncology research, experience with REDCap.
Minimum required: Bachelor's Degree. Preferred/Desired: Master's Degree.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; computer literate (including experience with Microsoft Office suite). Knowledge and experience working directly with analytic projects, specifically related to thoracic oncology research. Proficient in REDCap; experience with REDCap database construction is preferred.
