Qualifications

• Experience in the structural steel industry is preferred.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Experience with Tekla EPM (FabSuite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents to ensure scope, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Manage detailing, fabrication, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Lead communication with detailers, subcontractors, and trades.
• Attend project and production meetings.
• Obtain and verify field measurements as required.
• Monitor project costs and process subcontractor invoices.
• Issue closeout documentation upon project completion.
