Job summary

Olsson is seeking a licensed Structural Project Engineer to join the industrial team in Colorado. You will design modifications and new structures, perform advanced analyses, and guide projects from conception to construction while mentoring staff.

The role requires a PE license with 6+ years of experience; SE is preferred. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools is essential. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer with minimum 6 years of structural engineering experience.
• Structural Engineering license (SE) preferred but not required.
• Experience developing detailed 3D models and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design industrial facility modifications and new structures with calculations and construction documents.
• Evaluate existing facilities through assessments and repairs to ensure safe operations.
• Lead project execution including deliverables, schedule, budget, and quality from concept through construction.
• Mentor and support staff to drive efficiency and technical excellence.
• Maintain project documentation and client records for effective communication.
