This role involves not only leading a talented engineering team but also overseeing the technical excellence of structural designs. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and have at least 15 years of experience, including 5 in leadership. Qualifications

• 15+ years in structural engineering, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep experience in concrete hydraulic structures and mass concrete designs.
• Familiarity with USACE standards and processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a strong team of engineers.
• Ensure designs meet ACI, AISC, and USACE standards.
• Guide structural designs in 2D/3D CAD with high-level reviews.
• Partner with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
• Participate in construction phases with submittal reviews and inspections.
• Anticipate issues early and guide teams to resolve them.
• Innovate and bring best practices into projects.
• Translate technical complexity into clarity for stakeholders.
