The position requires 4+ years in CSA for mining, an Arizona Professional Engineer license (or imminent), MSHA certification, and 2–4 years of EPC/EPCM mining experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years Lead or Senior Civil, Structural Engineer experience.
• Arizona Licensed Professional Engineer or able to obtain soon.
• Mining regulatory/MSHA certification and experience.
• 2 to 4 years of EPC/EPCM Mining project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a discipline project team in the CSA department for Mining, Minerals, and Metals projects.
• Act as the project lead designer/engineer, overseeing engineers, designers, or drafters.
• Perform design/engineering work within the CSA team.
• Interpret customer specifications and coordinate with other disciplines and customers.
• Support scope definition, estimation, and progress control of CSA activities.
• Lead RFP, estimations, detailed engineering, and field support activities.
• Ensure familiarity with applicable codes and customer standards.
• Mentor junior staff and plan CSA resources.
• Deliver structural engineering services meeting standards and project requirements.
