Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead CFS projects in Charlottesville, VA. You will design, review, and coordinate drawings, while managing field surveys and project delivery from kickoff to completion.

The role requires a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and 4+ years of PM experience. You will mentor junior staff, control costs, and cultivate client relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of structural engineering design experience, including at least 5 years focused on cold-formed/light gauge steel.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Active U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute structural engineering design for CFS projects.
• Manage multiple projects from kickoff through completion on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee team of junior structural professionals and perform quality control.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business growth.
• Review contracts, scopes, changes, and ensure project delivery.
