The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to meet cost targets, specifications, and schedules. The manager will guide project planning, support fabrication and installation activities, and ensure robust engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MS/ME) with 4 years engineering experience or BS with 10 years in heavy industrial design.
• Experience in managing technical staff (2+ years).
• Knowledge of structural design engineering and materials properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Structural Design group and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Design welded fabrications, castings, and machined parts.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support fabrication, installation, and operation for optimum performance.
• Forecast operating costs and contribute to budgets.
• Supervise 4–6 employees and manage performance.
