Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring a Stretch Practitioner to join our team in a fast-growing wellness studio. You will lead clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions, applying our proprietary protocols and in-house training to deliver immediate mobility improvements.

You’ll participate in ongoing education, certification, and a clear career path within a high-energy environment focused on movement, recovery, and results for members.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Stretch Practitioner certification.
• Education or experience related to exercise science or kinesiology.
• Ability to complete in-person and online training.
• Motivation to support clients in reaching wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Supports the work of the management regarding studio goals, priorities, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience
• Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions based on company training and certification
• Evaluate individual needs to select appropriate techniques and routines
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality member experience every day
• Ensure treatment areas and the studio remain clean and organized
• Support member engagement through outreach to current and prospective clients
